DON P. ROESLE, Chief Executive Officer

Petroleum engineer since 1973. Joined Ryder Scott Company in 1975. Before joining Ryder Scott, he served as a reservoir engineer with Tenneco Oil Co. B.S. and M.S. degrees, petroleum engineering, University of Texas. Honorary Fraternities: Tau Beta Pi and Pi Epsilon Tau. Member, SPE. Registered professional engineer, State of Texas.

JOHN E. HODGIN
President

Geologist since 1974. Before joining Ryder Scott Company in 1977, he served as a development geologist at Gulf Oil Corp. B.S. degree in geology, Texas A&M University. Certified petroleum geologist and professional geologist. Member, AAPG, APIG, SPE, SPWLA and the Houston Geological Society. Served as chairman of the newsletter committee, SPE Gulf Coast Section.

FRED RICHOUX
Executive Vice President

Petroleum engineer since 1967. Before joining Ryder Scott Company in 1978, he served as a reservoir engineering advisor at Phillips Petroleum Co. B.S. degree, electrical engineering, University of Southwestern Louisiana, Member SPE, CIM and SPEE. Registered professional engineer in Texas and Alberta (APEGGA).

	LARRY T. NELMS Senior Vice President - Manager, Denver Office Petroleum engineer since 1969. Joined Ryder Scott Company in 1983. Previously served in various petroleum engineering positions with Mizel Petro Resources, Dome Petroleum Corp. and Exxon Co. U.S.A. B.S. degree, mechanical engineering, Mississippi State University. M.S. degree, mechanical engineering, University of New Mexico. Honorary fraternities: Tau Beta Pi, Pi Tau Sigma and Phi Eta Sigma. Member SPE and SPEE. Registered professional engineer, states of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming.
	DEAN RIETZ Managing Senior Vice President Petroleum engineer since 1984. Joined Ryder Scott in 1995 as a petroleum engineer specializing in reservoir modeling. Became manager of the then new simulation group in 1998. Previously worked at Intera Technologies Inc. and H. J. Gruy and Assocs. Began career at Chevron Corp. as a petroleum engineer. BS degree in petroleum engineering, University of Oklahoma. MS degree, petroleum engineering, University of Houston. Member of SPE, Tau Beta Pi and Pi Epsilon Tau honorary engineering societies. Registered professional engineer in Texas.
	GUALE RAMIREZ Managing Senior Vice President Petroleum engineer since 1976. Joined Ryder Scott in 1981 as a petroleum engineer. Previously, worked as a petroleum engineer at Natomas North America and Sun Production Co. where he began his career. BS degree in mechanical engineering, Texas A&M University. Member of SPE, SPWLA. Registered professional engineer in Texas.
	JOE MAGOTO Managing Senior Vice President Petroleum engineer since 1973. Joined Ryder Scott in 1978 after working for Exxon Co. USA for five years as a reservoir engineer and supervisor. Magoto has more than 30 years of petroleum engineering experience. He is a group leader and has headed management advisory services. Magoto serves on corporate reserves audit teams and is involved in field development studies, reserves and economic evaluations and acquisition and divestiture work. Magoto has a BS degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of SPE and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
