The material-balance application automatically calculates original gas in place
(OGIP), estimated ultimate recovery (EUR), BHP/Z vs. cumulative gas production
and pseudocritical-temperature (Tc) and psuedocritical-pressure (Pc) properties
from gas gravity while adjusting for contaminants. Using the popular Cullender-Smith
(1956) method as modified by Ryder Scott, the utility software also predicts shut-in
bottomhole pressures from tubing pressures in gas wells.
